VTG Mercy Hospital 10K Gold Medical Nursing DR Lapel Dangle Pin Diamond Stone

Good condition, but shows signs of age and wear. Back is marked "10K" with a symbol that I don't recognize (please see pictures). Has a white stone, I have no idea if it's real or faux.
