    Description

ARTIFACT: Unidentified Korean badge/pin, possibly of the 'Red Cross Society of Korea' - perhaps a nursing pin from that organization. The badge shows red and blue enamel in the center with a red cross in the blue portion and the outer edge features a nice wreath embellishment. The reverse reads: "KM35" which is mostly likely a date of 1935 and the original owner's initials, if the date is correct this badge would have been issued by the provisional government in exile/China.
    VINTAGE: Circa 1930's (1935)
    SIZE: Approximately 3/4" x 7/8"
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Silvered plated brass, enamel
ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with "C" type catch.
    MARKINGS: None.
ITEM NOTES: This is from a collection of unidentified artifacts which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAJX16 LCGEX6/16 ui80007kpc
