Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working business days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it two to five days after receiving your tracking email almost anywhere in the United States including Guam, and Puerto Rico.
Orders are sent 1st Class Mail with tracking. We can only ship to valid USPS addresses, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping, then WE are responsible and will issue either a replacement or full refund.
Please Note:
that a package is considered legally "
DELIVERED
" when a USPS Postal Worker scans the tracking number at its final destination. If a package is stolen after it is received, you should contact your local USPS Postal Inspector.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for a replacement.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. We need the original packaging. Please keep the receipt and include a copy to speed your request. Return shipments should include tracking to ensure we receive the package by USPS.  Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
