For bid is an original July 1, 1951 Mount Zion Hospital of San Francisco, California "Employee's Manual with about 24 pages inside (only 16 are numbered).  Booklet has personnel policies, a history of the hospital, contact information for various heads of departments, etc.  Illustration of the modern hospital building on the front cover.  Lots of information here for employees of the hospital in the early 1950's.
This booklet belonged to a woman who was a nurse there and she wrote her name on the front cover.
