This is a genuine United States postage stamp issued in the 1990's to commemorate the Post World War II Baby Boom. The stamp has a printed description on the back and is in mint, never hinged, post office fresh condition. The design is based on the artwork, "Maternity Ward" by Constantin Alajalov, which was featured on the November 2, 1946 cover of The Saturday Evening Post magazine.BONUS OFFER:
