    Rare EARLY 1900'S Registered Nurse Minnesota Sterling Licensure Pin #4690 !!. This is one of the lowest numbered registered nurse pins I have ever seen. Only four digits oh, I imagine they're in the hundreds of thousands by now. I do believe this dates to somewhere in the late teens or early twenties maybe? Measures 3/4 of an inch across no makers mark or metal content but it obviously is Sterling. Maybe underneath the dirt on the back there is a mark saying so. Measures approximately 3/4 in across and is sold as is and as pictured.
