This listing is for a new old stock metal front name plate tag for the vintage Ford Gum machines.  These weren't ever used and are in beautiful condition and are perfect for your restore project.  You can either rivet it to your machine and use a couple of small screws.  These aren't easy to find so grab one while you can!  The Ford machine in the second picture is NOT included and is just there for a representation of where it goes on the machine and how to mount it.
