NICE Carroll Greyson School of Practical Nursing HJ 10K gold NSF pin / brooch

Up for bid is a nice large pin or brooch from
Carroll Greyson School of Practical Nursing
.  On the back side the initials AAA have been engraved as well as the date 9-29-81.  I see a tiny "HJ
10K
NSF" mark here as well.  HJ would be Herff Jones but I'm not sure what the NSF refers to.  I did an acid test and this does appear to be 10K, but that NSF mark is throwing me a bit.  Either way, this is in excellent condition with no damage or wear seen.  Has a working clasp, measures 1 1/4" across and weighs
