Maryland license practical nurse item

Description

Your buying what I think is some kind of nurses award ceramic piece pictured. This is a used item, not exactly sure what it is, measures 3.50" x 4 7/8", please see pictures for details. Has a date 1952 to 1962 on it I believe it's a 10 year nurses anniversary award.
