Coleman Portable Propane Heater Model 5445

Description

This is the adjustable heat control model 5445.  It holds two propane bottles but can also hook up to any bulk system for greater capacity.  Great for many uses, however; we used it in our eight man tent. It weighs less than nine pounds and uses catalytic heating which provides direct heat for warming feet and hands and radiant heat for the area.  It also has an automatic safety shut off valve should it tip over.  We haven’t used this heater for about twenty-five years (purchased about thirty years ago) and it is in excellent condition for its age—stored in our attic away from moisture.
