Porcelain with hand-painted blue design (Meissen style). Production flaw: clay was pinched while still soft, causing the rim to be a bit out shape, and to crack. I was unable to ID the mark on the bottom. Probably c.1890, Germany. Approx 6 (including handle) x 2 x 2 1/4 (to top of handle).
