Antique Eskimo Sun Face suede vest

Antique Eskimo Sun Face suede vest. The suede and the leather are separated at the bottom in front on each side seen in photos... Not sure if that is on purpose cuz they are both split the same distance.
No damage to the suede, the silkscreen or paint is crumbling on the one side, the second side is in pretty good shape.... This vest belong to a family who lived in Northern Canada for a long time, thank you
