Condition: overall acceptable condition. no rips tears or defacing to linen pages. the cover has condition issues including popping loose from all 3 of it's staples and small partial tear / hole at top back near top staple. needs to be restapled. a few of the inside pages of book have popped loose from a couple of staples but are still secured by at least one staple as shown in photos. cover front and back has corner and edge wear, corner dings, spine wear and small rips tears at edges of spine. a few small crease marks and general handling wear to this oversized softcover Children's linen book. please view all pics. sold as is as found.

Published by The ARTISTS AND WRITERS GUILD Poughkeepsie New York. book measures approximately 13" x 9 1/4". This old softcover book has condition issues including general age related handling and storage wear, dings at corners, edge chipping and spine abrasions and fraying at spine edges. the cover has popped loose from the staples and a few of the inside pages have popped loose from a single staple or 2 staples and are being held on by one or two. no rips tears or defacing to pages.
