    am pleased to be offering a 20 years service pin in 10K Yellow Gold with blue enamel from St Alphonsus hospital. It could have been nursing or other healthcare worker.. . It weighs 3.1 grams.
    It measures 5/8 inches  long. It is  from a local estate. I cleaned it with some jewelry paste and I see some residue on it from the paste but over all condition very good.
